Who we are

Jewelry Rendering India provides 3D jewelry rendering, CAD design and animation services. You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about this policy or your data.

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name, country, and whatever project details you choose to share. We collect this only to prepare a quote and to reply to you.

We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used - pages viewed, approximate location and device type - through Google Analytics. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Your design files

This matters more than anything else on this page, so we will be specific.

  • Files you send are used only to produce the work you commissioned.
  • We do not display client work publicly without written permission, and unreleased designs never appear in our portfolio.
  • We do not resell, license or reuse your models for any other client.
  • We sign non-disclosure agreements on request, at no cost, before you send anything.
  • Project files are retained for twelve months so a later catalog refresh can start from the existing model. Ask us and we will delete them sooner and confirm once it is done.
  • On final payment, the models and images produced for you are yours outright.

How we store data

Enquiry data is held in our email system and project management tools, accessible only to team members working on your project. Files are stored on access-controlled cloud storage. We do not store payment card details at any point.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that make the business run - email hosting, cloud file storage and analytics - and only to the extent needed. We will disclose data if legally required to do so.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies plus analytics cookies. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any functionality here.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
